Welcome to XVintage Wholesale. By accessing this website and placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

XVintage Wholesale supplies graded second-hand and vintage clothing on a wholesale basis to businesses, resellers and traders.

2. Products

All items sold are pre-owned, vintage or reworked garments sold by the piece-count lot. As second-hand goods, each item is unique and will show natural variation in condition, colour, size and wear consistent with its grade. Product images are representative of the type and grade of stock and are not photographs of the exact items you will receive.

3. Grading

Stock is sold under our grading system (for example Grade A, B, C). Grading is carried out to the best of our judgement and reflects the general condition of the lot. Minor variation between items within a lot is normal and expected in the vintage wholesale trade.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing and to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is required in full before dispatch.

5. Title & Risk

Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of full payment. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XVintage Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
