Refund & Return Policy

At XVintage Wholesale we want you to be confident buying graded vintage stock from us. As all items are pre-owned, vintage or reworked goods sold on a wholesale basis, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

The Nature of Vintage Wholesale Stock

All garments are second-hand and graded by condition. Natural signs of wear, fading and minor imperfections are characteristic of vintage clothing and are reflected in the grade and price. These are not considered faults and are not grounds for a return.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange or refund.

Returns

Due to the wholesale and graded nature of our stock, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Any return agreed with us must be arranged in advance; returned goods must be unused and in the same condition and quantity as received.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
