At XVintage Wholesale we ship premium graded vintage clothing to resellers, vintage shops and traders across the UK and worldwide. This policy explains how and when your order will be dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment being received. During busy periods or sale events processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We offer tracked courier delivery across mainland UK. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–14 working days from dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Large wholesale orders and bales may be shipped on pallets or in multiple parcels. For high-volume or freight shipping, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange the most cost-effective option.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. If you have not received tracking within 5 working days of your order, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, once an order leaves our warehouse delivery times are subject to the courier. If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
